Natalia was brought up second spoon to her elder sister Khalani. Despite Khalani's affections, she always somewhat resented the position of second best or second in line. Although she has inborn resentment for her elder and 'better' sister, it was Natalia who took it on herself to lead their household after the death of their parents. While Khalani went off to Gateway to live with the Duke and Duchess of Draught, Natalia remained home, playing mother to their two younger sisters, and running the affairs of the household as best she could—under the tutelege of her nannies and chamberlain's.
When Khalani visited recently once again, Natalia was at first upset to have her place in the household usurped. But after a time, the tension between her and Khalani finally broke and they shared their secrets and talked like sisters once again. Forgiveness found, the pair discussed all of Khalani's adventures in Gateway at length, and eventually Natalia's curious nature won out. Now, she's ready to pack up to visit Gateway herself, but not without making certain her sisters are alright with it. Natalia wouldn't dare make a hypocrite of herself without permission.

Natalia and her sister run the gamut of hot and cold. The pair are fiercely devoted to the protection of one another, and yet they fight like demons--and usually over their differences of opinion on matters of propriety. Still at the end of the day, the sisters do love one another dearly, and their fights usually end with tearful hugs and apologies.

| Roland ArtaxNPC
Since the death of Duchess Catelyn Claremont, Natalia has almost never been seen outside of the Amphorae Baronial Suites in the castle without her faithful escort Roland Artax. He is a man of Guardians, employed by the Paggions to care for Natalia's safety. Usually, Roland treats Natalia as something of a daughter; carrying her umbrella in the rain, handling her cloak, and otherwise remaining unobtrusive. If one catches them while they are walking and believe themselves alone, it is clear that Natalia includes Roland in her thought process, allowing him to advise her opinion on matters she is unable to reach a conclusion about on her own.

Mathis's introduction into Natalia's life was simple enough when he came to ask for advice on how to cure his cold. But since then, their relationship has only grown confused and convoluted by the introduction of Mathis into Khalani's life as her boyfriend. Natalia has thus far demonstrated a great deal of disapproval for how Mathis behaves around her sister, but having never been asked her true opinions on the matter of their relationship, Natalia has not yet offered it. She does seem awfully fond of scolding Mathis whenever he commits a social faux pas, yet she does well to keep it to private or quiet reminders that allow Mathis a chance to correct the behaviour before it might become an embarrassment.

Although Natalia found her Duchess to be an intimidating woman, she also imminently trusted and admired the woman. Despite a few social gaffes on Natalia's part, Catelyn was always swift to encourage the young Paggion girl to grow and learn, and although she forced Natalia to accept her mistakes and learn from them, Natalia was always left with the impression that Catelyn's methods and reasons were for Natalia's own benefit, rather than some honest desire to upset the young Baronet.

Natalia's interactions with the Marquis were supposed to be nothing more than a chance for a young girl to teach a young boy about the stars, as his tutor. Despite her intentions, though, Natalia has found herself thinking of Dorian as far more than just her pupil on Astronomy. Dorian has become the first friend Natalia has ever had simply for her own sake, and their relationship quickly moved from simple friendship to a young romance. Since his announced betrothal to the Princess, their relationship has seemed to fall off entirely, until only recently, where they have renewed their ties--but not their romance

Karyl and Natalia grew up as childhood playmates, although more for Khalani's sake than Natty's. When they re-met on Gateway recently, it was a shock to Natalia to find 'little Karyl' now a foot her senior, married, and with child. Natalia is still struggling to accept that her playmate's grown into a woman, much as she doesn't wish to accept that such growth is soon upon her as well.

Natalia's relationship with Lord Posey Pastures was one of constant frustration. Although Conrad tried to be kind and sweet to Natalia, his bumbling attempts often ran afoul of her need for perfect adherence to the Peerage system. Natalia accused him of acting "more like a kicked puppy than a Lord who wished to apologize." In hindsight, she regrets that it was one of the last things she said to him.

The following are rumours which may be circulating about Natalia at the current time. This knowledge may be considered generally available, and players are encouraged to use it however they see fit to enhance their play.
- Natalia has expressed an interest in writing; especially in novel-writing. She is frequently seen with a satchel over her shoulders bearing research material and a notepad in which she keeps the story she is working on in loose leafs.
- Natalia is presently researching the mixing and creation of inks, particularly inks which will alter their colour as the user writes, dry faster, or better withstand the elements.
- Natalia is exceptionally good at mathematics, and is known to advise her sister on finances for both Amphorae and the Museum of Art
- Natalia has a fascination with the study of the stars, and was gifted a telescope by the late Duchess Catelyn Claremont.
- Natalia is slowly demonstrating her skills as a historian, and has researched and laid out a family tree for House Paggion.
